Liposuction (also called lipo) pertains to a medical operation that is done to remove excessive and stubborn fats on certain body parts. These stubborn fats-- commonly seen on the chin, breasts, thighs, buttocks, arms and stomach-- could not be removed easily by just exercise and diet and thus necessitate surgical treatment.
